ELWANDA SIMPSON

Elwanda ‘Starlling’ Simpson was born in Fort Worth, Texas where she attended Parker High School in Fort Worth ISD. Elwanda also attended Crawford Street Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her Mother Mary Tucker Moore and Father Otha Moore.
Elwanda leaves behind her husband, Emerson Simpson, children Tezelle Miller, Corinthiae Moore, Michael Miller, Jeremy Miller, and Britt Miller, siblings; Thelma Starlling (Michael), Grady Starlling, Pamela Moore (Dickson), Belinda Johnson, Ofear Moore (Norris), Lonnie Moore, Roseletta Moore, Rosina Victorian, 19 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
